GBThese people are liars and thieves These people are liars and thieves. They say if you cancel within 72-hours you will get a full refund, however, after cancelling within 48-hours I'm still waiting. They emailed me that the refund will take 3-5 business days. That was 10 business days ago. Customer service telling me today that they haven't even processed the refund yet and have no idea how long before they do. This is despicable behavior. They take your money in 2.2 seconds but drag their feet on giving it back to you. The only thing I'm happy about, is that they can't scam me for any more money. They should be out of business for their lies and greed. Taking advantage of people is not okay!!

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are 100% scammers and thieves!! They stole $5000 of my money and all my possessions!! They don’t even try to resolve the problem and have stopped taking my calls and emails. The owners and managers of this company need to be arrested!!

GBNot satisfied at all with 3 Brothers… Not satisfied at all with 3 Brothers moving and storage! First, called on March 7 to Scheduled my move for March 26. Took down all info and gave me an estimate. Even though the contract said March 26 or 27, Nicholas assured me March 26 was good. Gave me an estimate and took a deposit. Eric called me on Thursday before, went over the move items, I added two items. Estimate DOUBLED! Called the next day to question this and never received a call back. Called on Monday, March 25 to confirm my move for the next day. Was told, oh, yes Miss (my name) you are on the schedule for tomorrow! You’ll receive a call later today with a time. Called at 10:30am on Tuesday, March 26, because no one called or showed up. I was told at that time I was not scheduled til Wednesday. Needless to say, I was quite angry, to put it mildly! I had everything ready to go, bed undone and no mover! They claim they text me, never got any text from them. And it goes in from there. Needless to say, I would never recommend them. Waiting to hear from them today regarding these issues and others!

GBWorst experience of my life Worst experience of my life. Multiple people hung up on me. No one gave me a straight answer forced me to sign a document without giving me time to read it and then blamed me for not reading it. Said they'd get my stuff to destination within 21 days. Told me ONE day before moving that they take my belongings to a storage place then off load it, inventory it, and then reload IF they get another load going same direction. Would not give me a straight answer on pick up day or delivery day. Came to get belongings and said it would be 4 times the original quote. Original quote was $2,600. I'm reporting them to BBB and they don't deserve to be in business. They are in a word UN-AMERICAN. They belong in a 3rd would country selling donkeys for delivery. Oh, and they wouldn't give me a refund either, I had to call my credit card company to get refunded. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Despite providing them with a thorough inventory list, they significantly underestimated the cost of my move. As a result, when the third-party movers arrived, I was shocked to discover that I would be charged 60% more than originally quoted. My move went from $5,000 to almost $12,000. What's worse, when I expressed my frustration and reluctance to pay the additional charges, I was told that my furniture would not be delivered unless I paid the new cost. This left me feeling distressed and angry, as I had trusted 3 Brothers Moving Company to provide an accurate estimate and conduct the move professionally. I urge anyone considering hiring 3 Brothers Moving Company to proceed with extreme caution. Make sure to get multiple quotes, thoroughly review the terms and conditions, and don't hesitate to ask questions about potential hidden costs. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone for the rest of my life.
