We're so glad we hired them because they packed our belongings the same way we asked them to and even secured them with the sturdy belts in the moving trucks for extra protection. None of our things had a scratch when we received them. It was 10/10 experience!

SCAMMERS & LIARS! Do not use these scammers, they are brokers NOT a moving company!!! I gave them an $800 deposit on 12/9/2023 and canceled on 12/9/2023. They have told me that they will mail me a refund check since 12/9/2023! They are liars, and I have written complaints to the transit authority, Better Business Bureau, among others regarding these scammers. I don't know how these people that work there can look at themselves in the mirror everyday!

EVERY BOX was damaged and many of my things were broken. I thought I was getting a good deal on moving, but, instead they costed me my job and a good chunk of money. Unprofessional liars I was quoted $1700 and at 7-9 delivery window. But once I was connected to the actually delivery company I saw that they charged an extra $600 to keep that delivery window otherwise it would take a month to get my items. I called 3 brothers as well as the delivery company and I was assured that I would not have to wait a month and the cost would not increase. Once the driver arrived I had additional miscellaneous items, like a couple of hampers and small ikea wooden boxes, I was told that it would be an extra $1000. Additionally, they said that they work off of a 21 day window and I would have to pay $1,200 extra to get my items in the 7-9 day window. So I was looking at paying an additional $2,200. I decided to cancel my delivery because they seemed so sketchy and hopefully I get my $700 deposit back. They lied about the service time as well as the cost of service even though I talked to them multiple times the day before to make sure that the delivery window would be honored at no extra cost

Despite providing them with a thorough inventory list, they significantly underestimated the cost of my move. As a result, when the third-party movers arrived, I was shocked to discover that I would be charged 60% more than originally quoted. My move went from $5,000 to almost $12,000. What's worse, when I expressed my frustration and reluctance to pay the additional charges, I was told that my furniture would not be delivered unless I paid the new cost. This left me feeling distressed and angry, as I had trusted 3 Brothers Moving Company to provide an accurate estimate and conduct the move professionally. I urge anyone considering hiring 3 Brothers Moving Company to proceed with extreme caution. Make sure to get multiple quotes, thoroughly review the terms and conditions, and don't hesitate to ask questions about potential hidden costs. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone for the rest of my life.
