GBWorst scammers ever Worst scammers you could ever want to deal with. By the time I connected the dots it was too late to get back my exorbitant deposit, even though these bandits hadn't actually done anything to justify keeping my hard-earned money. I am only getting started spreading the word on these con artists. I gave them fair warning, but they elected to keep my money.

GBAnd the lies continue along with no… And the lies continue along with no accountability on their end. I have been waiting over 2wks to receive a refund in which I was told it would be expedited within 5-7 days. I will continue to leave bad reviews on every review site about this janky company and their poor business practices. They take all of the time to reel you in but once you have taken the bait and you have paid your money no one is available, there’s absolutely no communication. And now customer service hangs up on me every time I call in asking about my money. I am left with no other choice but to seek legal cancel which is really ridiculous

GBHaving to cancel my account Having to cancel my account, Executive Van Lines went out of their way to help me. They are polite and very helpful in satisfying me and helping with any issues I had . Thank you so much and may God bless you. A very heartfelt thank you to Rebecca!

GBScammers Scammers! We contracted for move from CA to NV and paid $4884 deposit. Note: this is a freight broker not a mover. Real moving companies do not charge a deposit! Tried to contact prior to scheduled move and phones inoperable (just a busy signal on all lines) and emails bounced back undeliverable. Long story short, had to contract with another company and used United. They did a GREAT job and their price was $2000 LESS than Executive. I've been contacted by other unhappy victims who are setting up a class action suit agains Executive. I will be participating in the lawsuit. I want my $4884 deposit back!

GBBrokers, not movers, my move tube we into an very expensive nightmare. They are just unethical brokers who sell your jobs to senconfary market. They first quote you a price to lure you into a deposit which you can not get back after 4 days, of course, they would not tell you the fine prints hidden in the contract. If you schedule the moving date with their movers, be prepared they may not show up and we have that happened to us without even notifying us. When their contractors did came, be prepared for a sticker shock! When their contracted mover came, they demanded a payment that was almost twice of the original quote they gave you at the beginning. Finally, the the goods finally arrived, be prepared for some missing items and broken items.
