Terrible Scam Company!! Terrible Scam Company!!! They are just moving brokers that want you to keep paying more money. They don't do refunds even you want to cancel the service 7 days ahead, on the pick up day the carrier blackmailed me for an extra $800 as a shuttle fee, After a month of waiting (picked up on May 24, estimated delivery date should be June 11, Now is June 28) I tried to reach out to their customer service a few times, but every time they put me at least 2 more hrs waiting, then told me they can not get any response from the carrier, they don't know where my items are now and can't give me estimated delivery date. Everyone should avoid this scam company! they do not care your items at all! this terrible company will get a lawsuit someday!

Brokers, not movers, my move tube we into an very expensive nightmare. They are just unethical brokers who sell your jobs to senconfary market. They first quote you a price to lure you into a deposit which you can not get back after 4 days, of course, they would not tell you the fine prints hidden in the contract. If you schedule the moving date with their movers, be prepared they may not show up and we have that happened to us without even notifying us. When their contractors did came, be prepared for a sticker shock! When their contracted mover came, they demanded a payment that was almost twice of the original quote they gave you at the beginning. Finally, the the goods finally arrived, be prepared for some missing items and broken items.

10/10 service 10/10 service, was not the cheapest but they did what they promised, didn't charge hidden fees. Very upfront. The other companies just wanted my money they wanted to move me. Mark Anderson the representative that took care of my move made the whole experience so much easier and was very informative he removed the stress of this experience and I thank him for his help!😄🙌💯

We had to move from San Diego to… We had to move from San Diego to Houston for my wife's work and went through several other moving options before settling with Executive Van Lines. These guys were so professional. They went through their contract with us over the phone and were able to adapt to some changes that needed to happen right before the move. The whole experience was pretty stress-free with how attentive and service oriented this company was. We had moved before and that was an absolute nightmare. This was literally the easiest move we've ever made. 100% will use again for our next move.
