Worst Experience When the mover arrived, he took pictures of my items and proceeded to tell me there would be an additional $600 charge for my items because I had more than what was mentioned with the initial phone call/estimate. Then, the mover stated that if I didn't want to pay the extra charge, he suggested I leave behind a glass cabinet and locker. These two items were already on my inventory list and took up a very small portion of space.

These guys were more than amazing These guys were more than amazing. Fast, professional, funny - couldn't have been a better experience. They showed up with clean moving pads and plastic wrap, they were on time and very efficient and careful with all of our belongings. I would book them again in a heartbeat. Reviewing DEDICATED VANLINES Nothing great about my moving experience. This company makes you believe they know what they are doing, from conducting business to handling expensive furniture but, the truth is that they are not even the ones that would be moving you!!! I put my trust and my VERY EXPENSIVE furniture on the hands of this company, I was feeling confident everything was going to ne handled with care and in a professional manner, well, that wasn't the case. At pick up I found out it was a total different moving company I was dealing with, Rado Express, not only unprofessional but I also had to do a separate paperwork, my moving rate kept going up. I had already paid a deposit, this people wanted more money that what was estimated and they wanted cash on the spot. I felt betrayed and scammed. I went through with furniture being picked up, I got another estimate for the delivery, and again my rate continued to escalate. At the delivery, they not only damaged some property, they didn't have enough men force to unload the truck, they wanted more money for it. It was a TOTAL DISASTER. THey wanted to get paid CASH, even before they download furniture, they held our furniture hostage until we paid, even a bigger amount that they had already asked for. At the end, we ended up with broken and scratched expensive, unacceptable. Not only was the MOST HORRIBLE IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL experience, we are now have to pay over $2,000 in repairs. I would NOT recommend doing business with DEDICATED VAN LINES at all.

All Items Damaged WORST Moving Company Initial quote and promise to get the deposit. Day before move, they doubled my quote bait and switch. Missed move day, causing more time off of work, and day of move wanted to charge me another couple of thousand. Careless on wrapping, and disgruntled mover. Packed a coiled mattress rolled up, damaged. 75 inch tv, broken. Very bad job on wrapping furniture, all came damaged. Didn't wrap coffee table, damaged. I paid extra for packing, they didn't do the full job and for clothes threw it all in a box. Stopped communication and won't respond in transits or trying to file claim on damaged items. Hard to deal with customer service, they are very untrustworthy and doing dirty business. This company is NOT reputable and did a terrible job from start to delivery. Moves are stressful enough, this one will make your move experience the worst and I highly recommend to use another company.

AVOID!! This company will SELL you to other moving company... Other company will sell you to another ... each of them will charge you more money (cash only) on the top.. and you must pay to get your staff back. Which I finally did , after over paying $730 on the top of original estimate, contract. As soon Ryan got my initial deposit of $500 , he stopped answering my calls, and nightmare started... Please Avoid Headache ! and to reply to their comment: I only shipped 21 medium boxes, you mixed me up with another unsatisfied client !!
