Dedicated Van Lines is HORRIBLE This company is HORRIBLE! Started out working with Jason Littman and the process good with the 1st interaction but when didn’t close the deal with he kept calling me back. Should’ve been a RED FLAG!! I finally worked a deal and I wasn’t told that they use a third party for your pick and delivery! Third party arrived contract stated 2 people and only 1 person showed. I called Dedicated but kept getting the run around! They even stopped taking my calls! BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Horrible, horrible, and horrible!

Absolutely worthless Company does companies a joke? Absolutely worthless Company, Mike, Levi and Sharon people that work for this company who you’re supposed to be able to contact and communicate with do not return phone calls do not return messages. If I was you, I would never do business with this company they give you a quote that is accurate and then when they show up to pick up everything, then you gotta pay extra when they show up then there’s if you have to go upstairs is a huge amount for every step that they have to take to go upstairs. they don’t tell you about what happens if you have shuttle huge extra cost . if they can’t pull right up next to your apartment or house This company is a joke stay away from them they give you a big sales pitch on how much they want to make you happy and they are there seven days a week 24 hours a day lies lies lies

I attempted to cancel my appointment… I attempted to cancel my appointment since I will no longer be moving and they never got back to me. I was messaging with one of their agents and was told they would call me and it’s been 4 days now and haven’t received a call.

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. Mike Levy lied about everything. Said he wasn’t a broker, said he had his own truck when it was a uhaul rental, said my stuff would be there Wednesday didn’t arrive until the Monday after and I was charged $2000 extra. Worst moving company ever.

Moving to storage I'm waiting for my refund as you did absolutely nothing. You were to move and pack my furniture and take too storage. A guy came and checked my house to see what needed to be moved. Levy, He told me that I needed to pay an additional $400. Then called me back and added an additional $2000 . At that point they did nothing. I'm on SOCIAL SECURITY Please send me my deposits.
