I attempted to cancel my appointment… I attempted to cancel my appointment since I will no longer be moving and they never got back to me. I was messaging with one of their agents and was told they would call me and it’s been 4 days now and haven’t received a call.

Movers were great, but company over booked If I were rating on the movers alone it would 5 stars, but the movers were 5 hours late because of an over schedule. This meant that they were there at packing/moving us until 1:30 AM. Again, the movers did everything great, but it was just so delayed that it was so late in the morning and we have a young baby at the house that we had to navigate with.

Dedicated Van Lines is HORRIBLE This company is HORRIBLE! Started out working with Jason Littman and the process good with the 1st interaction but when didn’t close the deal with he kept calling me back. Should’ve been a RED FLAG!! I finally worked a deal and I wasn’t told that they use a third party for your pick and delivery! Third party arrived contract stated 2 people and only 1 person showed. I called Dedicated but kept getting the run around! They even stopped taking my calls! BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Horrible, horrible, and horrible!

I just received my delivery and I just… I just received my delivery and I just need to thank everyone at Dedicated Van Lines! Moving is Stressful enough (as ive moved 3 times in last 5 yrs) This was by far the most professional moving service i have used. My moving assistant Mike L was Very Professional, responsive (every time i called/text) As well as the movers who were Very hard working, Honest, and Kept in touch with me the entire way. I would 100% recommend Dedicated Van Lines As I just had my cousin call for her upcoming move thank you .....Jason
