Simply storage in the design district… Simply storage in the design district on slocum rent increased twice within 8 months. I understand an increase may be needed due to economy but also understand the consumer and maybe increase annually and not twice within a year.

The most unethical business ever dealt with This is the most unprofessional, unethical business I have ever encountered. The reginal manager at this location is a profane maniac calling customers and there families making threats and shouting profanities like I have never heard from a "professional" manager. This person needs her head examined and I am personally considering legal action for fraud and unethical business practices

The woman who helped with the reservation on the phone was very kind and helpful and the gentleman at our local location was also the most kind, helpful and patient with us! We would defintely recommend them!! Easy to work with and a super nice and clean facility.

GO ANYHWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!!!!! The District manager is not very bright and NOT helpful. The only thing they know how to do well is raise prices. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! Save yourself from the frustrations of dealing with the people at this location or Company for that matter.
