GBDO NOT USE !! DO NOT USE !! The salesman John Andrew’s is the biggest con artist full of false promises and lies. Let me start with half of my stuff arrived broken. Once they received my money they blocked my number thankfully I had taken pictures of the truck that took my stuff is the only reason why I have my stuff this company is the biggest scam never use them! My stuff wasn’t delivered on time as promised I had to chase this company to find my belongings and now it’s mostly broken after paying thousands and thousands of dollars to get my things. Don’t bother with these people use U-Haul rent your own truck and hire people to move your things while you’re there onto the U-Haul and drive it yourself Had the worst experience ever with this company

GBAbsolute nightmare dealing with AMF Absolute nightmare dealing with AMF. It’s been total hell. They rescheduled my move 4 times with a repeated pattern of confirming a pick up date, then never showing up, and then rescheduling to repeat. And after getting upsold and charged $8k more than my estimated price and leaving me desperate and with no options than to pay, and received my household a week later with 2/3 of the contents damaged, smashed, and dented. Rent yourself a truck and forget about these brokers. AMF takes no responsibility for anything but has no problem taking your upfront deposit with no guarantee of your reserved dates and in fact knowingly aware that the probably of securing a truck fir that date being remotely possible. Stay away.

GBIt’s a SCAM It’s a SCAM! They gave me an estimate, asked me for a deposit and canceled 3 times the moving day. So finally after I called them 15 times they sent 2 guys that brought a little kid (4 years old) together to pickup my stuff. They were completely UNPREPARED and UNPROFESSIONAL. But there is something else: THE ESTIMATE CHANGED and now is 50% more expensive. Well, I didn’t agree and lost my initial deposit of $1,800. That’s my experience.

GBThe literal worst move I have ever experienced Quite possibly the worst move I've ever experienced. They somehow found a no-name, poorly reviewed moving company to facilitate moving my 2bed apartment from SF to Seattle, and took nearly 4 weeks to make an 800 mile delivery (for context, a cross country move from the east coast to SF took 3 weeks). The original $4000 quote I was given has turned into me paying nearly $15,000 to get everything, which is a ridiculous amount for an apartment move that has taken so long to wrap up. They also ignored me when I asked to not store my stuff, and shipped everything off to Nevada to put things into a storage locker, and I had to call multiple times per week to get things back on track. Save yourself the headache, get away from this company, don't give them a penny of your money.

GBThey will steal your items and… They will steal your items and damage mostly all. They will not take your claims. The worst decision I ever made. They ruined almost everything I own. They won't answer the emails or call. The employees charged me more when they got to my home when I literally listed everthing they where moving. I got robbed by the employees twice. They stole items off the truck. DON'T DO IT!!!!
