Total thieves took more than 3800 to move us and Never moved us The company uses a third party to move items but gives a price. The 3rd party showed up with a truck that was too small and tried to charge more than double what the initial company had charged. They were smoking in my house and did not speak english well enough that we could work with them. I am not going to be extorted out of money.

AVOID!! Stolen deposit $$$ with no customer service to speak of AVOID!!! Horrible experience, feel like my deposit has been stolen as I have been told for the past 2.5 months that I would be refunded my deposit as I cancelled within the cancellation window, however each time I call I am told "Do not worry, you are in line for a refund but we just haven't got to you yet."

Not a legitimate movers. Avoid at any cost First thing to realize is a legit moving company will not take 30% upfront payment of your total charges. I had booked with American Moving and Freight, only to realize later that this is not a company with their own ground staff and vehicles, they usually assign the task to other cheaper craigslist movers and take the commission in the process. You will never be able to talk to the same representative again after making a booking. Also, a totally different packers and movers will contact you and make their demands on increased estimates once you make the advance payment. I almost got scammed paying the 30% upfront, which again won't be returned if you cancel. I won't recommend the same experience for anyone else going through the process

RUN from this corrupt company!! RUN from this corrupt company!!! They were absolutely awful to work with... didn't return my calls or texts.. showed up 24 hours late to pick up my parent's belongings and then tried to charge me more than $1000 more than what was agreed upon!!! AWFUL!!!! Had a Quality Assurance Call three days prior to the confirmed move date they were supposed to arrive on, and THEY quoted to me all that my moving charge included which I documented carefully. When the movers FINALLY showed up, he tried to say that those items weren't included and wanted to add an extra thousands dollars. These movers then left and we were left to scramble to find another moving company to move my parents stuff. Such a nightmare. This company is dishonest, heartless, thugs and I don't know how they sleep at night. AWFUL!!! RUN from them!!!

DO NOT USE !! DO NOT USE !! The salesman John Andrew’s is the biggest con artist full of false promises and lies. Let me start with half of my stuff arrived broken. Once they received my money they blocked my number thankfully I had taken pictures of the truck that took my stuff is the only reason why I have my stuff this company is the biggest scam never use them! My stuff wasn’t delivered on time as promised I had to chase this company to find my belongings and now it’s mostly broken after paying thousands and thousands of dollars to get my things. Don’t bother with these people use U-Haul rent your own truck and hire people to move your things while you’re there onto the U-Haul and drive it yourself Had the worst experience ever with this company
