A failing grade in elementary customer service They are responsive right up until the moment your items are loaded on the truck and then you cannot reach them or the company they contracted out your move to. After dozens of unanswered phone calls, we don't even so much as have a tentative arrival date for our things. I hate leaving negative reviews but moving is stressful enough and people should be aware that this company and their affiliates will add to that stress. Don't buy the "military friendly" bit either.

Do Not Use-They canceled the day before they were scheduled to arrive. 1 day before this company was to arrive they canceled. We had to be out of the house and arrive in Fl for a new job and and house settlement and had no truck or movers. Had to cancel flights, and fortunately found an empty Uhaul. This kind of service is unacceptable and we were given no help to find other transport. DO NOT TRUST THE CONTRACT.

Avoid at all costs It’s taken me a year to be able to write this review in a calm manner. To sum it up, absolutely do not use this company. They are a broker advising as the moving company and will take your money and then ignore you until you give up. I ended up being charged over $2500 more than quoted just to get my stuff back for a cross country move. Once my stuff was in transit they stopped responding and seemingly couldn’t locate my items. The only reason I was able to track down everything I own (after 3 weeks) was because I took down the contact info of the folks who picked up my items. I don’t know how Richard and his team sleep at night doing what they do to people. They also claim to be a veteran friendly company, I can’t imagine how much they would scam a poor military family. Avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. My experience was similar to all other poor reviews. I was given a completely ridiculous estimate to which I knew was not going to be anywhere near accurate. Turned out to be double the original estimate. They make you think this is some well run family company and they are the company in charge. Well they are just brokers. After showing up 4 hours late for pickup, I was asked when I would like my items delivered, I gave them a date and now that date has come and gone. After calling landmark as well as the actual company doing the move SNY relocation and getting the run around, they are refusing to let me speak to anyone with any authority. They have no clue when the items will be delivered. This is how you run your business? Wow. Do your self a favor use a different company.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. Ryan will lie to get your business. And once he has your deposit he will not return any type of communication. He yelled and screamed at me and denied any promises he made before getting the deposit. His first lie was that they are not the broker but a full service veteran family company, that owns their trucks. Later I found out that they are brokers that don't have any trucks. I called in to cancel the order a day after the deposit was done, but he answered only four days later when the deposit policy returns was over. He promised three to five day delivery but when I spoke to the admin it was 7 to 10 days delivery. It was all a sacm be aware be careful!
