GBHorrible service and echoing what… Horrible service and echoing what everyone else is saying in their reviews. They're are broker and not the actual moving company. The moving company they worked with try to up charge me and lost and broke several of my items. The whole thing was mess

GBThis company is as honest as George… This company is as honest as George Santos. They present as a moving company but they are “brokers” who consider getting in the way of money a job. They take your money and hire someone for less to do the actual work, adding nothing to the process but expense. Once you have signed up they sign off, passing a fraction of your buck to a real moving company which is then saddled with your discontent at being hoodwinked. They are grifters and frauds. Go elsewhere for service. You will get only abuse from them.

GBNothing Positive to say If I could give less than a 1 I would. Read all negative reviewed. We did finally receive our furniture. Several pieces were missing or damaged. I filed a claim, I called and sent several follow up e-mails with no response. Bad customer service, prices higher than initial quote, broken/missing items not covered.

GBHighly Recommended. Scott and his team turned out to be a blessing for me, they were punctual and he gave me his personal number so I could reach out anytime I needed assistance but luckily never needed it. Highly Recommended.

GBBE AWARE OF THEIR CARRIERS! I knew that Nationwide Moving is a broker when I signed a contract with them. However, when I researched the carrier that they assigned to my move, I was freaked by the horrible reviews on the BBB that other customers gave. I asked Nationwide Moving to assign me a REPUTABLE carrier, and the one that they then assigned had even worse reviews (The BBB gave them an F rating). I was lucky that I canceled my contract within 72 hours of signing it, so I did get my full deposit back. Whew! I am writing this because I want to alert potential customers of my experience. Nationwide Moving shamed me for asking questions and voicing concerns about my contract matters. One guy even told me that I was "a really nervous person who needed to take a deep breath and settle down." Folks, do your homework. READ THE CONTRACT. Know every single item on your inventory and triple check it. READ THE REFUND POLICY, and trust your instincts. You MUST realize that an 18 wheeler will arrive with your belongings at the destination point and, if they can't access the drop off, you will be charged A LOT more. Yes, moving is very stressful, but take the time to read your contract carefully. Nationwide Moving contract is very explicit, BUT they hire horrible carriers to actually do the job.
