LOVE the PC600! Though we've only had our Pelican Water System a short time, I am already thrilled with it. I have noticed a marked improvement in how my skin feels after showering. Our water had so much chlorine in it that I dreaded washing my face or brushing my teeth with it (the odor was quite powerful), not to mention that it made my skin very itchy. My husband was able to do the install himself after a master plumber walked him through the process. The only surprise was how much all the fittings cost in addition to the unit itself, but even knowing that now, I'd purchase this water system again in a heartbeat.

Great Tasting Water! The Pelican whole house water filter is amazing. We get around 5 years life before changing the media. I completly removes that funky taste from our water, all that is left is the taste of good clean water. I live in a rural comunity that has very bad tasting water-this has totally solved that problem

Great phone support and easy to order … Great phone support and easy to order but we cant find a plumber to install. Pelican should set up certified plumbers for each major area. We are only 35 miles for Philadelphia but no plumber wants to install so far. Hopefully we will work this out soon.

We ordered the whole house … We ordered the whole house (PSE1800-PUV-7) filter/salt system with the UV kit as we have well water. The product arrived timely and in great shape. We also ordered the install kit which simplified the installation greatly. I did have to go to Home Depot for a few PVC connectors, but this was expected. Once installed the system has performed exceptionally well with no loss of water pressure. Installation is straight forward. Any DIY can install. Would definitely recommend.

Reverse Osmosis Bought two different systems. One whole house carbon filter, which seems to work well. Noticeable reduction in chlorine smell, which was our main issue. The other system we bought was the Reverse Osmosis (RO) under sink system, and it has been nothing but problems. The performance (output and flow) is so sporadic that it has been rendered virtually useless. I did many hours of research, work and replacement on the tank and filters and it still is defective. I asked for them to replace the tank, but they insisted on charging me $120, and it STILL is useless. Many phone calls and emails with the company and still nothing. This is unacceptable. Buyer beware.
