GBWe ordered the whole house … We ordered the whole house (PSE1800-PUV-7) filter/salt system with the UV kit as we have well water. The product arrived timely and in great shape. We also ordered the install kit which simplified the installation greatly. I did have to go to Home Depot for a few PVC connectors, but this was expected. Once installed the system has performed exceptionally well with no loss of water pressure. Installation is straight forward. Any DIY can install. Would definitely recommend.

GBDon’t back their product They sold me a non-salt water softener only to learn later that’s not technically accurate. After six months of dish and hair film and having up sold me on this “better model” and having also bought a purifier and UV system, the best they could do was sell me the correct unit at a discount and tell me to sell the original unit on EBay. So now I’m also paying for a second installation. Don’t buy from Pelican!!

GBgood but not perfect The system was easy enough for me to install as I have experience in plumbing. A novis should get professional help. 4 stars as the system only reduces to 48ppm as per my TDS meter thats before the 4&5th filter and adds 59ppm after filer for total output of 107ppm. We are jointly using this Pelican Pro system as drinking and for a Saltwater aquarium and split the output line before stage 4&5 for the "pure" RO, that we mix with ocean salt mix for our aquarium. Was in belief that a RO system removes more than 48ppm. Sparklets water comes in 5 gal bottles to our door at 25ppm. Our Glendale AZ public water at faucet is 841ppm

GBTerrible, terrible high priced service!!! Terrible, terrible high priced service!!! The $100+ test was done late. No-one would return my emails, incorrect info on first call, second call better but still no answer to emails. Terrible service for a company I used to like. This specific review was rejected - probably because they don’t want any negative comments.

GBHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer… HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. We were oversold a system that was too big for our house. 2 fresh, new tanks never used and Pelican will not even exchange them. The salesman wouldn't even discuss it just passed us to customer service who passed us to someone else to tried to sell us something more. We were told this company has tons of turn over and we can understand why. Bad information to get a higher commission is NOT good service. What would be good is to have Pelican do the RIGHT thing so we would be writing an awesome review. Think twice and do your homework. You cannot rely on their salesman to sell you anything you can use. HORRIBLE. #Cantsoftenthisblow #BBB
