Replaced our water filtration unit with … Replaced our water filtration unit with a Pelican filtration and water softener system. We also added instant hot water. We are shocked at the difference in our water. Clothes are softer, shower door is cleaner, we waste less water waiting for hot water, our hair feels cleaner and softer, our dishes are cleaner. Our experience with our installer was above expectations. On time, clean, courteous, and personable.

dont buy any filters from these guys dont buy no filters from these guys. its hard to install takes hours the instructions are gery vague and hard to hnderstand and the water leaks out the bottom of the filter so you either have to buy a special seal for it or just keep cleaning up th water every time you need water . just buy a filter from somewhere else and save your time and money

It really works It really works! I moved from Colorado to Arizona came to find out water is horrible calcium build up every where and water tasted bitter and stale. I tried Pelican whole house filter pc1000 its worth every penny! trust me i dont use water bottles and dishes much cleaner, shower area free of lime and water taste 100% better!!!! love this system.

Great Tasting Water! The Pelican whole house water filter is amazing. We get around 5 years life before changing the media. I completly removes that funky taste from our water, all that is left is the taste of good clean water. I live in a rural comunity that has very bad tasting water-this has totally solved that problem

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer… HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. We were oversold a system that was too big for our house. 2 fresh, new tanks never used and Pelican will not even exchange them. The salesman wouldn't even discuss it just passed us to customer service who passed us to someone else to tried to sell us something more. We were told this company has tons of turn over and we can understand why. Bad information to get a higher commission is NOT good service. What would be good is to have Pelican do the RIGHT thing so we would be writing an awesome review. Think twice and do your homework. You cannot rely on their salesman to sell you anything you can use. HORRIBLE. #Cantsoftenthisblow #BBB
