We are happy customers We have the whole house water system for about 5 years now and water is heaven. we turn it off every 3 months to flush everything with chlorine water. We never had any issues with customer service located in FL space coast. We spoke with them several times because of some issues we thought it was related to the system.They also helped with questions when my husband was installing it. We moved and took it with us and it still works and we are still happy.

LOVE the PC600! Though we've only had our Pelican Water System a short time, I am already thrilled with it. I have noticed a marked improvement in how my skin feels after showering. Our water had so much chlorine in it that I dreaded washing my face or brushing my teeth with it (the odor was quite powerful), not to mention that it made my skin very itchy. My husband was able to do the install himself after a master plumber walked him through the process. The only surprise was how much all the fittings cost in addition to the unit itself, but even knowing that now, I'd purchase this water system again in a heartbeat.

No-one would return my emails, incorrect info on first call, second call better but still no answer to emails. Terrible service for a company I used to like. Replaced our water filtration unit with … Replaced our water filtration unit with a Pelican filtration and water softener system. We also added instant hot water. We are shocked at the difference in our water. Clothes are softer, shower door is cleaner, we waste less water waiting for hot water, our hair feels cleaner and softer, our dishes are cleaner. Our experience with our installer was above expectations. On time, clean, courteous, and personable.

Warning! its a time bomb! Liked the product till one exploded and sent carbon shrapnel all over the bath and my wife. The clincher was customer service's denial reply
