I selected Cinch because I like the "2 Free Months" but be sure to check the start date! I selected Cinch because I like the "2 Free Months" in the online and mailed card I received. I also like the monthly cost that fit in my budget. BUT upon completing the application with my payment, I received an email confirmation that said I would be charged in 30 days--NOT 2 months! Upon making 4 calls not getting my question answered about the 2 free months, finally I did get a confirmation #XD040524 stating my payment would begin 070524. I gave 3 stars because it took too many calls to get live help for my question as I was put on hold repeatedly.

For one, when I told the phone person (Elizabeth Pero) that my daughter highly recommended Cinch, she gave me an immediate 1st month discount. 2nd, I think that the monthly charge and deductible are reasonable. 3rd, I think warranty covers much. Reminder: Coverage begins 30 days after you sign up.

The agent who assisted me was very very… The agent who assisted me was very very polite and knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and concerns and she addressed all of them. It's because of her kindness, knowledge and patience that I enrolled four of my properties with Cinch.
