GBI had a car accident nearly five years… I had a car accident nearly five years ago, when an articulated truck went into our car and sent us spinning across the M25 into the barrier and our car was written off. I was in the passenger seat. Fortunately we had no physical injuries but definitely mental ones! I was offered an amount of money from the other party which was paltry. OCL advised me to not accept and pursue a better settlement. Throughout this process OCL gave me great advice. The last couple of years there had still been no resolution. David Vaughn talked me through these last two years and explained exactly what things meant and how to proceed.He was brilliant. Sometimes you can get lost in the jargon of this profession but he took time to carefully explain things in detail. We got as far as going to court but David mediated between the other party and myself and managed to secure an acceptable offer which meant I didn't need to go to court. So although this took five years OCL were prepared and worked hard for the best outcome for me. GBTrustworthy and professional For nearly 5 years, Nicola Meese (solicitor) and Emma have gone the extra mile with my complex claim. They always took the opportunity to explain to me. They made sure I received the help I needed. Although my claim is not yet settled, they are helping me. I was difficult case, as in the meantime many unseen problems arose. This was not helped because of covid and the situation in the world. I still felt well informed and looked after, They have been helping me and have worked with my issues all the time. I do highly recommend them and have appreciated their professionalism, their friendly approach and courtesy. Should anything happen again in the future, they will be my first port of call.
