The whole process I felt like Michael supported me and had my best interest at heart therefore I built a certain amount of rapport and trust with him to do what he does best without having to chase anyone up or hound the office with information what is happening or where we are at with the process as that was already done on his part so I was at constant ease until the very end. Terrible Terrible! Avoid like the plague. They have been dealing with my claim for nearly 2 years and I’m still not any closer to putting a lid on the incident. The other party accepted liability at the start. Minimal contact from them, unless it’s me chasing them. I would never use them again and recommend you don’t either.
