Item missing brackets and looks like a returned item? Just received first order from them. Delivery fast. Problem, no brackets to fit lights, instructions ripped? Marks on light fittings where someone has attempted to install it! Do not appreciate paying for a new item, just to receive a used one!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. When a fish tank unfortunately arrived smashed I was able to contact the company via phone call and a very helpful member of staff organised for a new one to be delivered the next day. Not only was a new tank sent but the whole kit (filter, heater, lights etc.) and within the space of less than 24 hours :)

Super helpful and quick to help with any problems First tank arrived smashed (Not Swells fault but the delivery service) and Swell responded so quickly and sent a second tank out which arrived the next day!
