I contacted Swells customer service team and spoke with Miah, they advised that they would correct the mistake and send out my replacement items the next day. Couldn’t be happier with the speed and efficiency. Recommend anyone to order from Swell!

GBItem missing brackets and looks like a returned item? Just received first order from them. Delivery fast. Problem, no brackets to fit lights, instructions ripped? Marks on light fittings where someone has attempted to install it! Do not appreciate paying for a new item, just to receive a used one!
