Highly recommend was happy with the way the documents… I was happy with the way the documents were organized and the availability of accessing help with specific questions. Initially, it was all so daunting to do this on my own but with the list of steps provided and many of my questions pre-emotive answered I was able to complete setting up my Trust and Pour Over will. It saved me thousands of dollars doing it this way versus hiring a private estate lawyer.

I personally think the cost was a… I personally think the cost was a little expense just based on the service! I had to complete a Trust for almost $650.00! A little pricey. I am still working on the document because I need some information from my retirement service. So I am still working on the document and have not reached the end yet. So I may have more thoughts on your service at the completion of the process.

We needed to update our documents We needed to update our wills, POA's and Healthcare POA's since our other ones were 12years old and had been done in a different state. After consulting a lawyer, who wanted at least 5 times what we had previously paid, we decided to try T&W and were very pleased! It was easy to fill out the questionnaires online and their price was much more more reasonable. I addition to electronic files, T&W mailed nicely printed documents to us to sign and notarize! Great job!
