GBEasy online will and estate planning I really hate doing paper work, but I know I have to write a will sooner rather than later so I decided to give it a try this company “trust & will”. It was a great experience! It was so much easier than I ever imagined doing it on line by myself. Easy to go back to edit which is so important! Also if you have a question, someone will get back to you quickly. And price is so reasonable. You’ll be so happy when you finish it. That’s exactly how I feel! Weight off my shoulders! GBGreat option for those that want to save money The price is right! You need to do all the work gathering documents and entering them. That said, the attorney will make you gather all documents and accounts too. The difference is $$$'s and the person/people that are the trustee's will do all the work with your directive paperwork documentation of how to do it. The attorney will charge you $$$'s up front and then charge the estate/trust $$$'s to handle everything you can put into writing for the trustee/s. This allows the trustees to get 100% rather than 70% of the estate/trust POD. Worth it to me as I don't mind doing the work that I would have to do anyway... ! Plus, the staff at T&W are super helpful.
