Highly recommend was happy with the way the documents… I was happy with the way the documents were organized and the availability of accessing help with specific questions. Initially, it was all so daunting to do this on my own but with the list of steps provided and many of my questions pre-emotive answered I was able to complete setting up my Trust and Pour Over will. It saved me thousands of dollars doing it this way versus hiring a private estate lawyer.

Guided creation of a valid will. They guide you through the usual sections of a will / estate plan, give you an idea of the options for each section, and let you accept or customize for yourself (and/or your spouse if you are creating both at once). Read through the doc carefully when they finish the guided creation process...I did go back in to the questions and revise answers once or twice when I read the finished document. It includes directions on next steps, etc.

Great option for those that want to save money The price is right! You need to do all the work gathering documents and entering them. That said, the attorney will make you gather all documents and accounts too. The difference is $$$'s and the person/people that are the trustee's will do all the work with your directive paperwork documentation of how to do it. The attorney will charge you $$$'s up front and then charge the estate/trust $$$'s to handle everything you can put into writing for the trustee/s. This allows the trustees to get 100% rather than 70% of the estate/trust POD. Worth it to me as I don't mind doing the work that I would have to do anyway... ! Plus, the staff at T&W are super helpful.

Easy online will and estate planning I really hate doing paper work, but I know I have to write a will sooner rather than later so I decided to give it a try this company “trust & will”. It was a great experience! It was so much easier than I ever imagined doing it on line by myself. Easy to go back to edit which is so important!
