GBCourt Order Acceptable for Processing (COAP) My retirement plan is with the Federal Gov't so QDROs are not appropriate. You must use a Court Order Acceptable for Processing (COAP) with my Gov't Retirement Plan, which is slightly different from a QDRO. There should be a Service Provider for COAPs. I think I will start one!

GBChristine and Pension Appraisers are Incredible I just have to say Christine is an absolute professional. I did not know a QDRO existed a minute before opening a letter from my pension plan. She took me through the entire process using her incredible knowledge and experience to explain the process, and get through it without issue. I would recommend your service to anyone.

GBI was hesitant to use QdroDesk but… I was hesitant to use QdroDesk but decided to give them a try because I could not find any attorneys in my state who would work on my QDRO. My experience could not have gone any better. Their website is user friendly, thorough and an email question was answered in less than 24 hrs. The UP General Counsel said everything met their guidelines and my Qualifying Court Order was signed by the local County Court today. I highly recommend QdroDesk!
