GBSouthern Nevada. I needed specific language that would be accepted by the Culinary and Bartenders Pension Fund in Southern Nevada that I did not know. The final QDRO involved a local attorney and numerous correspondence back and forth with the Fund and local Family Court System. After reading the final product, many of the questions and answers necessary to complete my QDRO I would not have know how to ask or answer or direct you to answer in my behalf. I certainly needed help from someone who has local knowledge. I do not believe the general boiler plate language you provide would work in this instance as I did not know how to direct it. I have no knowledge how this might work in other jurisdictions.
