GBThe first time I really got the help I… The first time I really got the help I was seeking is when I talked to a woman by the name of Desiree. Though I didn't get her last name, she really got me started on the right path of getting this settled. I've been trying since May of this year to get this money. I'm truly hoping I've got this QDRO filled out enough that I can get this accomplished sooner rather than later as I need it to live on.

GBEase of Submission The team is very quick to answer the phone and answer any question you have. The process is simple and easy to follow as long as you have all the information to input. It guides you through every step. The Qdro team reviews at the end to be sure that no mistakes were made and offers suggestions to those answers that might be questionable to the court approving.

GBCourt Order Acceptable for Processing (COAP) My retirement plan is with the Federal Gov't so QDROs are not appropriate. You must use a Court Order Acceptable for Processing (COAP) with my Gov't Retirement Plan, which is slightly different from a QDRO. There should be a Service Provider for COAPs. I think I will start one!
