I paid the extra $100 for an agent - my sons passport arrived but my husbands never did - it completely ruined our international travel plans and cost us thousands of dollars !!!!!! I ended up having to make an emergency passport appt at the federal building. When was finally able to get a hold of them bc they are only open M-F 9-5 , she was still clueless that my husbands passports ETA on their site was still 3 weeks away when I had paid for 9 business day expedited

GBexcellent customer service This company exceeded my expectations. They talked me through the entire process and everything went smoothly. I was assigned a case manager- Misty- who was fantastic. She was a person I could talk to on the phone and get answers to questions. I mailed in my documents on a Wednesday and had my new passport in my hands the following Wednesday. I am not one to write reviews but I just had to recommend this company.

GBOverall worth it Pros; Paid for 30 day Passports and received them in just 10 days. They send a very detailed email outlining every step of the process. Using this service was pretty easy and very quick! Cons; Could not reach my “personal assistant.” Called multiple times. That was pretty frustrating. Submitted my documents for review and didn’t hear anything back until they already had my documents.
