I finally got ahold of someone and resent my application via fedex and still a week later am getting nowhere. Totally worth it! I may have a paid a bit extra for renewing my passport but it was completely worth the price. I didnt have to worry if I did something wrong as all the detailed instructions were included as well as the FedEx slip. If are renewing your passport and want to make it easy on yourself, just purchase this service. You even get text and email notifications once you mail off your renewal package.

Overall A Terrific Service! Quick, easy process and received my passport weeks sooner than expected with PLENTY of time before my departure to MX! The only downsides are that the process is expensive and that I had to pay an additional $10 fee for sending a check to the government that had a low check number. (Ex: Check #6/100)
