This company is a scam This company is a scam - they make you pay $300 upfront and don’t disclose that you also have to pay government fees on top of that once you print out your documents. I called 3 separate times to cancel my order but couldn’t get through their phone line. They also have no email listed or any other way to contact them.

The website has issues and they kept telling me that their website cannot connect to the state website and for that reason, I should wait to print two pages and resend em to them. Total of five phone calls and the website is still not working so I asked for my refund. They took 70 bucks as terms of agreement of cancellation. And I’m still waiting for my Expired passport so I can go renew it somewhere else. Do not go with these people they are a scam .
