A Happy Camper I stumbled onto Victory Tax Solutions via the internet; seeking advice on a relative's (no, really) complicated tax matter. VTS ratings were good, but, the name seemed somewhat ostentatious. Mind you, I've been in the behavioral science field for 40+ years so my skeptical-meter is somewhat skewed. Website was friendly Matt and Kyle have been great from the get go. I will highly recommend VTS. Call/ emailed everyday, always told busy can't get to the phone. Never receive a call back. But yet gets nasty and says she reached out and I didn't respond. Then told my case would be given to someone else because Catherine Brock is over loaded Still can't file this years taxes because she doesn't answer my emails requesting copies of the taxes she filed ( which by law is required to supply me with). It's over a year and a half. Nothing but letters from the IRS. Called IRS they told me my account is not being worked for a payment plan. They have but me in collections and is now seeking Levy action. I guess it's time to get a lawyer.

They did an AWESOME job for us ! We had back taxes from 2010 & 2011 from being owner operaters in the trucking industry.
