I have read all these great comments on… I have read all these great comments on how this place has gotten them out of a jam or payments lowered, interest fees dropped. BUT yet once I finished my payments to them I never heard from them again until the IRS took our income tax refund this year and I have emailed several people I have left messages I have even texted and yet no answers no response nothing just took our money and that was that. Asked for refund still havent heard nothing. I am totally upset with this company

Victory Tax Solutions....Problem SOLVED! Victory Tax Solutions did for me, exactly what they said they’d do! They basically made my $17,000 tax debt go away, and I can honestly say that they gave me the relief that I didn’t think was possible. Everything they told me they’d do, they did, from making the first offer, all the way through the appeal process. And even when I was worried after not hearing anything back for a while, they were still working. I appreciate everything and everyone that worked on my case and would recommend them for anyone in my situation.

They did an AWESOME job for us ! We had back taxes from 2010 & 2011 from being owner operaters in the trucking industry. When we lost our truck do to overwhelming mechanical problems; We were stuck with back taxes of over $15,00 dollars in Federal Debt. This is when we were told about Victory Tax Solutions. We contacted them and they went to work for us quickly and professionally. After negociating with the Federal tax people, they got our tax debt down to $1600. dollars !! AND, we were able to make reasonable payments to the IRS until they were payed in full !! We would HIGHLY recommend Victory Tax Solutions to anyone who has back tax debt hanging over them.

Very Satisfied VTS made me feel really comfortable with the process. Associate Shannon Munroe was awesome from start to finish. She explained everything as clear as possible, answered all my questions and called when she said she would. The other associates were just as helpful.. The experience was just top notch.
