I requested a refund over 2 months ago, and yet to receive any communications from Victory Tax Solutions! VTS scammed me and apparently many other vulnerable customers. A Happy Camper I stumbled onto Victory Tax Solutions via the internet; seeking advice on a relative's (no, really) complicated tax matter. VTS ratings were good, but, the name seemed somewhat ostentatious. Mind you, I've been in the behavioral science field for 40+ years so my skeptical-meter is somewhat skewed.
