GBIF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. signed up, noticed they did nothing until paid in full. Filed my back taxes, and that's it. Call/ emailed everyday, always told busy can't get to the phone. Never receive a call back. But yet gets nasty and says she reached out and I didn't respond. Then told my case would be given to someone else because Catherine Brock is over loaded Still can't file this years taxes because she doesn't answer my emails requesting copies of the taxes she filed ( which by law is required to supply me with). It's over a year and a half. Nothing but letters from the IRS. Called IRS they told me my account is not being worked for a payment plan. They have but me in collections and is now seeking Levy action. I guess it's time to get a lawyer.

GBExceptional service Our experience with Victory Tax Solutions has been great. They are very true to their word - everything they said they were going to do has been done expeditiously. Everyone there is so easy to talk to and they all work together. I can't thank Colby, John, Greg, Erick, and Carrie (I hope I didn't leave anyone out) enough for what they have done and are still doing. I would highly recommend them.

GBterrible customer service terrible customer service! I paid $1500 up front over a year ago. they followed that up with an aggressive scare tactic to get another $3300 from me in April with 0 results. They were supposed to get a payment plan set up and it wasn't done and the only way I found out about it was contacting the IRS personally. Spoke with the owner about a refund for my $3300 and he said he has to get with consul. How can the owner not make a decision about doing the right thing and refunding my money???
