A Happy Camper I stumbled onto Victory Tax Solutions via the internet; seeking advice on a relative's (no, really) complicated tax matter. VTS ratings were good, but, the name seemed somewhat ostentatious. Mind you, I've been in the behavioral science field for 40+ years so my skeptical-meter is somewhat skewed. Website was friendly Matt and Kyle have been great from the get go. I will highly recommend VTS. Suggestion: On the website in a very satisfied user column please add, "Not ostentatious, we are just very very good" Anyway, Eric, please tell all "hi" and "thanx" Ed

I have read all these great comments on… I have read all these great comments on how this place has gotten them out of a jam or payments lowered, interest fees dropped. BUT yet once I finished my payments to them I never heard from them again until the IRS took our income tax refund this year and I have emailed several people I have left messages I have even texted and yet no answers no response nothing just took our money and that was that. Asked for refund still havent heard nothing. I am totally upset with this company
