I am disappointed and dissatisfied and demand a refund of the services I did NOT receive from your business. Where is the 100% Guarantee? Do you really stand behind your 100% guarantee? I requested a refund over 2 months ago, and yet to receive any communications from Victory Tax Solutions! VTS scammed me and apparently many other vulnerable customers. Making false promises and not delivering. Anyone out there wishing to stand together against VTS please post your contact information.

Do not go at it alone. Victory handled my rather large tax debt with professionalism and understanding. I was a little concerned having an attorney over the phone but they really stepped up and we're on top of things. They normally help me set up a payment plan with the IRS but they had several penalties reduced and or removed. My only concern was I was assigned a couple different attorneys throughout the process but my case was rather large. I would highly recommend them.

Call/ emailed everyday, always told busy can't get to the phone. Never receive a call back. But yet gets nasty and says she reached out and I didn't respond. Then told my case would be given to someone else because Catherine Brock is over loaded Still can't file this years taxes because she doesn't answer my emails requesting copies of the taxes she filed ( which by law is required to supply me with). It's over a year and a half. Nothing but letters from the IRS. Called IRS they told me my account is not being worked for a payment plan. They have but me in collections and is now seeking Levy action. I guess it's time to get a lawyer.

terrible customer service terrible customer service! I paid $1500 up front over a year ago. they followed that up with an aggressive scare tactic to get another $3300 from me in April with 0 results. They were supposed to get a payment plan set up and it wasn't done and the only way I found out about it was contacting the IRS personally. Spoke with the owner about a refund for my $3300 and he said he has to get with consul. How can the owner not make a decision about doing the right thing and refunding my money???
