That's why they charge the lowest fees, because they are not willing to get their hands dirty.. My flight was delayed due to an aircraft issue, as confirmed by the pilot, but somehow Air Canada is now denying that. Weather was perfect in both Copenhagen and Toronto. Avoid this company and pay a bit more money by using other agencies
