CHNot willing to go to court for you As others have mentioned, they will only take cases where no court action is required.. That's why they charge the lowest fees, because they are not willing to get their hands dirty.. My flight was delayed due to an aircraft issue, as confirmed by the pilot, but somehow Air Canada is now denying that. Weather was perfect in both Copenhagen and Toronto. Avoid this company and pay a bit more money by using other agencies

GBStraightforward refund in a reasonable time Angieszka handled the claim for refund on a delayed flight very professionally, asked for a few details and documents and once I sent those, she submitted the claim and said now we wait for a bit. So after maybe two months, we received the compensation and very quickly it was in my account. Couldn't recommend higher!

PTGood communication with the representative. Good communication with the representative. I received a 75% refund for the flight delay. The procedure is relatively simple, but the waiting time for the refund is half a year. It's probably not up to ClaimFlights, but up to the airline.
