CAGreat customer support I sent a question to support because I hadn’t received the tracking number I was supposed to get once the item shipped. Emily replied to my email and suggested I check my junk folder as the item had indeed shipped. She even mentioned it was now in my home country. I followed her suggestion and sure enough, the tracking number email was in the junk folder. A few days later the item was delivered. My cat seems to enjoy it but he’s not as playful with like the cats in the ad were. All cats are not created equal. I’m very pleased with the entire transaction. Not something I can say for other sellers on Facebook

CADiscount code… When I placed the order I forgot to enter the discount code. I emailed and the company answered right away and made the adjustment for me.

CACustomer service experience The plastic toy snakes were not a hit with my cats. So I enquired about a refund and was able to receive a refund. The customer service experience was great and very responsive.

IENever got the replacement Owing to an annoying oversight of my own (damn you Apple Pay 😝) the package got sent to the wrong address (my own fault) however, after the courier company refused to help (or even accept payment to recollect 🤷🏻♂️) Pet&Path came through and resent it. 10/10. Thank you Emily. Amazing customer service. Edit : they never resent it. They just said they would.
