AEI received my order promptly I received my order promptly. One of three mechanics snakes was damaged. I sent an email explaining the issue and received a response within 48 hours. The issue was addressed promptly and effectively. The product is great and good value for money.

GBCan't fault customer service and support My cat didn't like the toy but I can't fault the product or the customer service and support. I'll definitely be looking at alternatives for Benny (my cat).

IENever got the replacement Owing to an annoying oversight of my own (damn you Apple Pay 😝) the package got sent to the wrong address (my own fault) however, after the courier company refused to help (or even accept payment to recollect 🤷🏻♂️) Pet&Path came through and resent it. 10/10. Thank you Emily. Amazing customer service. Edit : they never resent it. They just said they would.

GBPet&Path Magic Snake Scam! I ordered the Magic Snake for my cat from Pet and Path. The money went out of my account instantly then never heard anything or received an email to confirm my purchase. I contacted their support contact form on their website to ask if there was a problem with delivery and to say I never received a confirmation from them. I never heard anything back. About 10 days later the Magic Snake arrived and I was instantly disappointed with the product. It's poorly made. They promised money back if you are unhappy, no questions asked! I contacted them on their support form on their website again to ask how I could make the return. Never got a reply. Waited two weeks before contacting them again to ask for my money back. Still not got anything. The company is a scam and lies about their money-back guarantee. The snake in my opinion an expensive piece of junk. I noticed that another person put a 1* review and Pet&Path came back to them to say that they never received their email on their support form. I don’t believe this at all. They will probably come back to same to me. They can get away with it as the email form on their website doesn’t send proof of sending so the buyer/victim can’t provide them evidence. My next step is to report them to Meta, as it was on their platform that they were falsely advertising their product. Pet&Path I still want my refund?
