IENever got the replacement Owing to an annoying oversight of my own (damn you Apple Pay 😝) the package got sent to the wrong address (my own fault) however, after the courier company refused to help (or even accept payment to recollect 🤷🏻♂️) Pet&Path came through and resent it. 10/10. Thank you Emily. Amazing customer service. Edit : they never resent it. They just said they would.

GBFantastic experience! I must say I was skeptical about purchasing from Pet&Path but I've had the best experience, customer service is no doubt one of the best I've ever delt with! The products we purchased (Pet&Path magic hammock and the snake) are of incredible quality and as a bonus we got a ebook of many tips and tricks for free! I highly recommend this company, they're doing amazing things, I just wish they had more products I could purchase for my fur babies.
