Birth certificate Process was good. Could have used a little better clarification on the difference of paying. It cost way more to do paper application rather then we could have printed it off for cheaper. Oh well live and learn

Discovered when you sent me the packet that you are just an expediting service. Paying $90 for services I could have done for myself for about $15 is not my idea of a good deal.

I thought it was going to take another three weeks or so. I am very happy I received the documents however the call center needs to be updated and learn customer service.

Why can’t this be done online? The process is easy and the instructions are easy to follow, but the method; 30% online and 70% paper/snail-mail is what I want to criticize. Why can’t it be 100% online? I had to dig out my printer and reconnect it for a pic of my drivers license, and find my checkbook that I hardly ever use these days for payment. It did provide me an opportunity to teach my 17 year old how to write a check, so maybe it’s not all that bad? California made me notarize a birth certificate request document then kicked it back for having the year “YYYY” vs “YY”, so you got them beat by 3 stars.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Been over a month and still have no birth certificate. No records at Vital Statistics about the order to obtain my birth certificate. Sent money to you and got a piece of paper to fill out and envelopes, but now nothing. Thanks for stealing my money. Also reported to BBB and post negative posting online.
