I need my marriage license for social security since end of May 2022 and its almost August. Still nothing. I have requested a refund of my $89 and will go to my county office myself.

Service with a smile!! I contacted the help desk after discovering that there were typos with the application that was shipped to my home (i.e., middle name typo and missing last name). The customer service representative took the time to make the corrections and emailed the updated application. She was very courteous and went the extra mile to ensure all information on the application was correct. At the end of our conversation, I could tell by the tone of her voice that she was smiling.. thank you for such great customer service!
