Compassion and Humanity Two words leap out at me: Compassion and Humanity. Renee is just a very warm human being who does much more than simply find and convey information. She cannot possibly be compensated enough for what she does intuitively, and so well: understanding and supporting people at a time when they need it most.

Excruciatingly slow I have reported to GenealogyBank some years ago that its site is almost unacceptably slow to load articles. It has papers I cannot access elsewhere, so I had to resubscribe, but the slowness has not improved. It's slower than any other online site of its kind or any kind. For the money subscribers pay, they should expect much faster service.

Good and prompt service I thought I just did this evaluation. I had help from Renee and Karen. I found the emails confusing so Renee helped me understand. Then Karen took my information so that I can have another 2-year subscription.
