Excruciatingly slow I have reported to GenealogyBank some years ago that its site is almost unacceptably slow to load articles. It has papers I cannot access elsewhere, so I had to resubscribe, but the slowness has not improved. It's slower than any other online site of its kind or any kind. For the money subscribers pay, they should expect much faster service.

Newspaper years not available The newspapers I needed didn't go back far enough for info I was looking for. Other websites went back far enough but in order to view the entire article cost $155.00/Year. You should allow people to see what newspapers are available and how far back they go before having to sign up for the worthless 7 day trial. Actually on Thursday April 18, 2024 I decided to sign up again. I also printed the newspaper list so I'm going to write down dates and try to cross reference information and research information I need. I want to give it a try. Thank you again for reading. I also like the fact that the filters provided, i.e., states, dates, plus obits, social security, census records, etc., help to narrow the search. Another important feature is the highlighting of the search subject.
