GBActs like a SCAM company This seems like a scam. The payments are NOT based on income level. I tried to tell you that I already spoke with the US Dept of EDU and even emailed you a copy of the form that I had sent to them. I explained my dire situation with my husband's job loss and medical condition, but I was still charged over $200 for 2 months of your NOT getting my student loans out of default. I spoke directly with US Dept to get my loans out of default and prevent garnishment after paying you to do that. You wouldn't email or mail the form I needed to stop the automatic draft from my account and the person "assigned to my account" was never available when I called. Not acceptable. As far as my opinion, you owe me my money back.

GBBeware of TRUST ARROW & other like business I started working with TRUST ARROW in September of 2021. I was LEAD TO BELIEVE I was consolidating my student loan with 10 payments of 99.50 going TO MY DEBT. In 10 years if my income was under a certain amount, my debt would be forgiven I was not told in anyway that they were a "Consulatation Company" Forward to now. My last payment was 99.50 in June of 2022. Today 8/26/22 I find my debt IS NOT CONSOLIDATED and NOTHING went toward pay off of my loans as they LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE There are several of these companies are being SUED. DO NOT USE ANY go to the direct FED AID site and talk to ONLY THEM. This is DISGUSTING how these people prey on others trying to help themselves. B4 they say I am a "Paid person from competitor" Its a lie, I have very much been taken for an idiot for 10 MONTHS Also loan consolidation NEVER CHARGES ANY FEES remember that

GBTo be honest To be honest, I don't believe that I made a good decision with Trust Arrow. I could have done the exact same service and not paid anything at all if I had done it on my own. When I talked to the agent, I was crying, emotional, overwhelmed, and understood that Trust Arrow was the only means by which I could apply for Student Forgiveness. I now know that that is not the case and I wouldn't have had to pay nearly $1000 in order to consolidate and send the paperwork myself. Also, I didn't realize that while I was on the phone, the Trust Arrow representative was going to be accessing my FAFSA as though they were me. I didn't realize that that was going on until after I was contacted by FAFSA. It seems like that should be illegal. Update: 03/10/2021 This is *not* a competitive reviewer. I am a real client who lost $1000 and I have the paperwork and bank statements to prove it. Please do not waste your time with this. Go straight to FedLoan Services. They are available to chat on the phone and can explain everything. I was naive and didn't know better. I just don't want the same thing to happen to anyone else.

GBI'm disappointed they didn't contact me… I'm disappointed they didn't contact me regarding where we are with the loan process. I was continuing to receive call from the debt collector. I'm still not sure where we are with the process.

GBI applied for a loan forgiveness I applied for a loan forgiveness. I was told one would take place with a monthly fee. Okay, because it sound so good, I allowed the fee to be taken from my bank account monthly. I was told I would not have to re-pay the loan. Not true. As of January 2019, I am responsible to pay FedLoan a monthly fee to avoid employment wage garnish and with another company Navient, I have to re-apply for IBR to avoid the same. I contacted 77 Elite, company of which misled me to believe I would not have to re-pay and was informed that because my place of employ was not non-profit, I was responsible to pay accordingly. I was more than hurt. I was almost in tears but, I remained strong and made it so the company would no longer be able to take any monies from my bank account. What is being done is theft! It should not be allowed. I want someone besides myself to know the truth about the matter. The whole story should be told in the beginning not half the story. If the whole story were told, the company would not have customers.
