GBIgnorance and Arrogance Rules at the National Passport Center The agents are ignorant about their job. They create facts and use those facts to make decisions. They give conflicting information. They are ignoramnt of the law. They are arrogant and speak with no accountability. Wow, this must be the worst department of the federal government.

GBTook my money and ran! I bought this service basically to make sure the process was smooth and error free from my side by getting help from what I thought was a trusted advisor. After the first call after I paid, getting in touch with mu contact was virtually impossible, I was left doing alot of research myself. On top of that, I paid for rush service and still did not get my passport until 5 days after the paid for date. I would never recommend this company to a friend or a stranger for that matter...Especially now after completing the process alone, I can easily walk someone thru the process...and they wont have to pay 4 times the cost like I did. Thanks for nothing!

GBWhen the government is happy to take your taxes, but can't manage a simple function. Called in the 3 months time they said it would take due to back up. They said that they already mailed it although I never received it and check. my mail evey day, gave me no proof of delivery or the address they sent it to, and told me that because it was now 90 days I'd have to re-apply and pay 100's of dollars again. Re-applied with the Rush my Passport, and months later got a letter saying that I needed to include my last passport, which I did on my first application. Called them and told them they have it and they said they couldn't retrieve it so I'd have to fill our more paperwork and pay more money to file without my old passport. What I wanted to believe was a government who actually hired people that were proud to serve the citizens who pay them has been lost on me. What in the world are you guys doing over there? Get it together. Still don't have my passport 8 months later.

GBI would not recommend using this… I would not recommend using this company. They do not list a phone number on their website to call, the person who emails you details of how to get your passport will not answer their phone. I've been trying for month to get a refund since they charged my credit card and never got my passport for me. I had to end up doing it myself the old fashion way and already have it back for WAY cheaper. WHAT SCAM this company is. Don't waste your time or money.

GBAbsolutely atrocious service Absolutely atrocious service. Passport was sent back incorrect twice. Made an appointment at passport office in DC. Waited over an hour after traveling 3 hrs to get there. Was then told to wait another 4 hrs for my passport. The woman next to me was sobbing because of the service she received. It's a disaster and poorly organized with no correct information for the public.
