GBI waited on the line for someone to… I waited on the line for someone to help me navigate a fairly formidable site. Luckily, I got Customer Service Representative, Kevin Conde. He knew his stuff and carefully explained the steps needed for me to handle the problem next time. Kevin answered every question I asked, even the ones I already asked twice. He remained calm and patient. My final issue was much more complicated but Kevin took care of that even quicker. With lots and lots of practice, I could do simple fixes. But not like Kevin.

GBIda at Weiss Ratings was able assist me… Ida at Weiss Ratings was able assist me with processing my app. to purchase a ticket for the upcoming Weiss Summit in Boca Raton due to being very diligent and patient. I could not get the app to complete my transaction even though I had tried numerous times over a two day period and from different computers.
