GBI don’t find your platform to be the… I don’t find your platform to be the friendliest. The tabs are not intuitive so I’m constantly checking to locate the correct one. And why don’t payments go directly vs a two- to three-day wait period, especially when you charge a fee!!!!

GBPlastiq is essential for any… Plastiq is essential for any entrepreneur! The customer service is fantastic. This is a genius service that can not be ignored in the credit space. I would recommend to anyone to get an account and use this to pay for things and still get your rewards points!

GBPlan FAR ahead for their checks to be received Very convenient and a big bonus if you want to pay mortgage or HOA fees and earn credit card bonus miles. My only issue is that it sometimes takes longer than advertised for the payments to be received by the payees that require Plastiq to send a check. They advertise 8 business days but I’d plan on 12-14 days if you care about your credit rating. Nothing like getting two calls from your mortgage holder to bring that close to home. Use with care.

GBI would like to thank the customer… I would like to thank the customer service department for helping solve a problem with me making a mistake with an address for paying my mortgage. The address changed and l forgot to change it in the Plastiq portal. Plastiq refunded the funds back to my Mastercard.
