Too many rules on how you can use the… Too many rules on how you can use the platform. When I used plastiq years ago the credit cards could be used to pay everything, now it is very limited on how you can use the cards. Also, the plastiq fee is too high. The fee used to be more reasonable so the rewards rate would cancel out the plastiq fee. I do like the concept and plastiq is helpful if you want to hold on to your liquid capital for various reasons but there is too many stipulations on how each credit card can be used especially if you have your own business.

So easy! So easy! I belong to an organization that requires dues be paid by a certain date. When using Plastique I know I can always trust my money will arrive on, if not before the due date.

Plastiq is really easy and powerful platform Plastiq is really easy to use and the fact that it connect with my Quickbooks online make life much easier for me to recall my vendors information. You can really pay everything with Plastiq from your credit card.

Cannot track payment Cannot track payment. While sent and received icons are shown, it never shows received, only sent and deposited. Timing is critical for us. There was only one day leeway for payments to be received so it would have been nice to know when payments were actually received. Date of Receipt is more important to us than Date Deposited.

Watch for hidden fees. A little scammy. Setting up was easy enough, but they hide extra fees for services you didn’t request. For example: My first transaction was ach. Plastiq defaulted to “expedited” and was charged an extra fee. Help in getting it back is non-existent. Poor customer service.
