GBThis company goes above and beyond This company goes above and beyond. I had an issue with my order and they were quick to sort it out. I was sent crickets instead of calci worms and Holly was quick to respond to my email and quick to message the provider to get the right ones sent. Will definitely be ordering again. Haven't had an issue in the past when ordering from this company. And they were quick to fix the mistake.

GBAbysmal Online Customer Service Be very wary of ordering online from this store, because if anything goes wrong (eg. item not delivered), the customer service after-care is incredibly poor. They are just not interested in helping, they have no empathy, and they are not prepared to do anything which requires any effort on their part. It's a shame because the staff in the store can't do enough for you, but the ones who deal with online queries really let the business down. I won't be ordering anything in the future, and would advise others to shop around first before relying on this business.

GBHorrendous customer service, shop elsewhere Why oh why was I so stupid to give this company another go. Ordered a bulb 3 weeks ago which blew within 24 hours. All I want is a replacement (as I have checked all my equipment is ok) and I have had 1 response so far telling me to check my equipment. I've got the bulb here to return if they want it. I've tried calling them but their phone lines don't work. Starting to wonder if this is a scam company.

GBIncredibly incompetent. Advertise that orders received before 5pm will be despatched for next day delivery. Order confirmed at 12.28 for next day delivery on 18th March 2024 at a cost of £5.99. Informed that item was waiting for collection by courier at 18.28 - pretty sure Royal Mail don't collect at that time of the evening. Item not even with Royal Mail at 10.45 on 19th March 2024 - tracking shows that they are expecting the item. Not good enough. Contacted Swell and was assured it should be here within 48 hours.....I paid for next day delivery. UPDATE. It's now 19.30 on 19th March 20204 - RM STILL have not received this item. Swell have refunded the next day delivery fee. But no idea when the item might actually be received by RM or even delivered to me.
