GBVery disappointing customer service Very disappointing customer service. We received no update on our order, when I chased I was advised there is delays in the warehouse and they are working on it. That is fine, I understand things can be delayed but the lack of communication is pretty poor. Won’t be rushing back to shop here in the future.

GBNot the best value I've ordered other things from Swell & they weren't too bad. Decided to give them a go for my livefood & it won't happen again. I actually paid more than my usual supplier but also thought I was getting more. Turns out the small crickets come in a small tub of 50 where they've thrown in an extra handful & called it a thousand!!! No way are there a 1000 crickets in there, but in a small tub it looks very populated & easy to create the illusion of quantity

GBAbysmal Online Customer Service Be very wary of ordering online from this store, because if anything goes wrong (eg. item not delivered), the customer service after-care is incredibly poor. They are just not interested in helping, they have no empathy, and they are not prepared to do anything which requires any effort on their part. It's a shame because the staff in the store can't do enough for you, but the ones who deal with online queries really let the business down. I won't be ordering anything in the future, and would advise others to shop around first before relying on this business.

GBExcellent customer service! I bought a couple items and one was a bulb that wasn’t working when arrived, I contacted them with pictures etc and spoke with both Miah and Holly whom within not even 24hrs they have sorted a new one to be sent out! (This is due to the customer service operating hours) very pleased and will be ordering from this company again

IMAwful service Awful service. Spent £400 and opted for a 2 day delivery service. A week later and nothing, so called and was advised they needed to get in touch with the warehouse. A few days later nothing, so called again and advised it was the courier’s fault, DPD, as they hadn’t been turning up to collect. Swells emails will state they have been dispatched however this isn’t the case. Contacted DPD and they haven’t received anything. Our bearded dragon is due to arrive in a couple of days and we have nowhere to house it. Left high and dry with no idea what’s really happening. Will call again today but guessing the narrative will be “the DPD truck is outside right now, it should be on that” Nonsense.
