Abysmal Online Customer Service Be very wary of ordering online from this store, because if anything goes wrong (eg. item not delivered), the customer service after-care is incredibly poor. They are just not interested in helping, they have no empathy, and they are not prepared to do anything which requires any effort on their part. It's a shame because the staff in the store can't do enough for you, but the ones who deal with online queries really let the business down. I won't be ordering anything in the future, and would advise others to shop around first before relying on this business.

Incredibly incompetent. Advertise that orders received before 5pm will be despatched for next day delivery. Order confirmed at 12.28 for next day delivery on 18th March 2024 at a cost of £5.99. Informed that item was waiting for collection by courier at 18.28 - pretty sure Royal Mail don't collect at that time of the evening. Item not even with Royal Mail at 10.45 on 19th March 2024 - tracking shows that they are expecting the item. Not good enough. Contacted Swell and was assured it should be here within 48 hours.....I paid for next day delivery. UPDATE. It's now 19.30 on 19th March 20204 - RM STILL have not received this item. Swell have refunded the next day delivery fee. But no idea when the item might actually be received by RM or even delivered to me.

Great customer service Great customer service when I queried the delivery arrangements- fast and reliable. Bought a tortoise table as temporary accommodation for my elderly Med spur thighed tortoise. Solid wood construction, easily assembled. She is enjoying her new heat lamp on chilly mornings.

I recently bought my first tropical… I recently bought my first tropical tank from these guys, was fast and easy delivery and made two more purchases after that. Thought I put the wrong delivery address, emailed swell customer service took the time to get all the correct information and replied very quick and was resolved. Very good prices also from other sites I’ve seen. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely be purchasing from use again
