I was sent crickets instead of calci worms and Holly was quick to respond to my email and quick to message the provider to get the right ones sent. Will definitely be ordering again. Haven't had an issue in the past when ordering from this company. And they were quick to fix the mistake.

Horrendous customer service, shop elsewhere Why oh why was I so stupid to give this company another go. Ordered a bulb 3 weeks ago which blew within 24 hours. All I want is a replacement (as I have checked all my equipment is ok) and I have had 1 response so far telling me to check my equipment. I've got the bulb here to return if they want it. I've tried calling them but their phone lines don't work. Starting to wonder if this is a scam company.
